New location for Sports and Spinal Physio

Sports and Spinal Physio have relocated to The Grange complex at Port Macquarie Private Hospital, 9A / 84 Lake Road Port Macquarie.

Sporta and Spinal Physio provide the popular PD Warrior classes which are a program of exercises specifically tailored for people living with Parkinson's. PD Warrior is held on Mondays from 10.00 until 11.00 am, but the popularity is such that a second class is likely to be started in the near future.
