October Meeting is our AGM

The October 17th meeting of the Port Macquarie Parkinson's Support Group will be our Annual General Meeting.

At this meeting we will hold the election for our Executive Committee for the next 12 months.

Nominations for all positions are invited. While several current officers will stand again, competitive nominations are welcomed.

Positions to be filled are:

President - Gregg is standing again. Other nominations are welcome.

Vice President - Stuart is retiring. Position must be filled.

Secretary - Val is the incumbent, Alison is acting but is retiring. Other nominations are welcome.

Asst Secretary - Currently Sue is acting. Other nominations welcome.

Treasurer - Peter is standing again. Other nominations welcome.

Asst Treasurer - Margaret Couzens is standing again. Other nominations welcome.

General Committee - Margaret Peters is standing again. Nominations are welcome for all six committee positions.

Please note that only currently financial members of PMQ Parkinson's Support Group are eligible to vote.

Membership fees of $5 per family are now due and may be paid before the meeting formalities commence.

We have a Mystery Guest Speaker visiting for this meeting - a Pharmacist who will be discussing Parkinson's medications and issues associated with them.

New members, visitors and guests are very welcome to attend the meeting:
